Victoria Stiles is Washingtonian Magazine’s award winning makeup artist since 2012.

Inspiration to pursue a career in makeup came at a young age for Victoria Stiles as she would study seasonal makeup trends published in various fashion and beauty print media. She began experimenting with makeup and developing her own technique in applying cosmetics. A family friend noticed Victoria's talents early on and urged her to continue development of her craft and begin a career path as a makeup artist post graduation.

While attending college at George Mason University in Virginia, Stiles secured a position with a popular cosmetic company. During her four years with the Esteé Lauder Company, she gained experience in event and stage makeup. Under contract with the Lauder company, Stiles provided makeup services for concert productions including Cher and Missy Elliott.

Shortly thereafter, Victoria took a short hiatus from makeup to volunteer in an orphanage and school in Port-au-Prince, Haiti. During her time in the depressed country, Stiles lived life away from the mainstream and regards her experience as one of the highlights of her life.

Victoria's desire and passion for wanting more out of her career as a makeup artist led her to start her own business providing on location makeup services for events. Her dedication to providing quality service earned her accolades from national publications.

Her creative flair in makeup quickly caught the eye of photographers whose works were published in various forms of media. Those working relationships prompted bookings for Victoria with publications such as Glamour, Vogue Bambini, Surface, O (Oprah) Magazine, Capitol File, JCK Luxury, Virginia Living, and Washingtonian. Stiles traveled to Paris to work with Verve Music Group's Melody Gardot for her album cover, My One And Only Thrill, photographed by editorial portrait photographer, Nicholas LaClair. Additionally, Victoria started working at New York Fashion Week providing makeup for designers Alexandre Herchcovitch, Rad Hourani and keyed a show for Shoshanna during the AER Walk With Style Event benefiting CancerCare.

After firmly making her mark in the makeup artist industry, Stiles was chosen as a presenter for The Powder Group—an organization uniting makeup artists worldwide with relevant industry information and career guidance. She has presented seminars at The Artist Summit in Miami and Chicago, The Makeup Show in Los Angeles and New York, and Cosmoprof in Bologna, Italy.

Today, Stiles is the lead hair and makeup artist for international broadcast network, EWTN, Beauty & Creative Director at ShikSona Beauty and is the head of her company, Victoria Stiles Hair and Makeup LLC, providing makeup for celebrities, red carpet, events, and political figures

The pandemic of 2020 presented a shift for Stiles, along with the beauty industry as a whole. Stiles expanded her services to include photography and creative content creation for brands and social media.

In 2021, Stiles launched VickiStiles.com — a creative house providing photography for people, places and things with a focus on Samsung smartphone camera technology. Her collaborations include Rent the Runway, Amazon, Coach, Vida Fitness, and ShikSona Beauty

Stiles actively promotes awareness to 501(3)(c) cancer charities and has organized events to raise money for non-profits such as Cancer Schmancer, Stand Up 2 Cancer, and Critters For The Cure. In response to the 7.0 earthquake which hit Haiti, Stiles organized an online promotion to generate funds for Food For The Poor and its initiative to bring immediate emergency relief to those affected.

Victoria Stiles is based in Washington, D.C. and is available for travel worldwide.
